Solid Tyre Passport
Trace · Check · Explain

One passport.Every solid tyre.

A digital passport that follows each solid tyre from compound batch to export container, keeps its quality results and helps explain why a tyre failed, all without interrupting production.

Every tyre traced.
Every fault explained.

Process intelligencefor solid tyres.

Tyode connects every layer, every cure and every inspection on the line, and turns them into decisions your team can act on while the tyre is still in the plant.

Built for every desk in the plant.

Production

Scrap cost, press time and claims, in one view.

The numbers a production director asks for each morning, straight from the line instead of end-of-shift paperwork.

Quality

Every inspection kept, and the right tyres checked first.

Results from the plant's own instruments stay with each tyre, and doubtful cures are flagged for ultrasound.

Process engineering

Leads, not guesses.

Defects compared across presses, moulds, compound batches and cure curves, with sample sizes shown.

Sales and export

A tyre's full history when a buyer asks.

One scan answers a claim or an audit, months after the container has left the port.

Engineered forthe plant floor.

  • Read-onlyNothing connects to machine controls.
  • On-siteData stays on the plant's own server.
  • Station by stationPaper is retired one station at a time, only when you approve.

How it works

Eight stages.One scan each.

Every solid tyre gets an ID on its steel band. From there, each station adds what it knows, and the passport builds itself as the tyre moves through the plant.

01 · Receive materials

Logged atthe gate.

Rubber, chemicals and steel bands are recorded as they arrive, with supplier lot and expiry.

The receiving register
02 · Mix compound

Every batchknows its lots.

Each compound batch is linked to the lots inside it. Expired material is blocked before it reaches the mill.

Device
Scanner and batch tag printer
Replaces
The batch sheet
03 · Prepare steel band

The tyre is bornon the band.

A heat-resistant ID goes on the steel band, so the record starts before any rubber does. Band batch and preparation time are logged.

Device
Label printer
Replaces
Hand marking
04 · Build layers

Built and traced,layer by layer.

Base, cushion and tread are each linked to their compound batch. A fixed scanner reads the tyre as the band is mounted.

Device
Fixed scanner at the build machine
Replaces
The production sheet
05 · Cure

The presslogs itself.

A clip-on logger records press temperature and open and close times for every cycle, linked to the tyre and its mould.

Device
Press logger, read-only
Replaces
The press logbook
06 · Check quality

Checkedand signed.

Ultrasound, weight, hardness and dimensions are saved against the tyre, each shown against its spec. The inspector signs off.

Device
Tablet and the plant's instruments
Replaces
The check sheet
07 · Store

Found in seconds, held in one tap.

A scan at the rack records where every tyre sits, so any tyre can be located and held without a search.

Device
Handheld scanner
Replaces
The stock sheet
08 · Ship

Shipped,never forgotten.

Pallet, container, export order and customer are linked. When a claim arrives months later, the full history is one scan away.

FeaturesTrace · Check · Explain

One passport.Every tyre explained.

Tyode records where every solid tyre came from, what its checks found, and why the bad ones failed. It runs on the presses and instruments the plant already has, without slowing the line.

TraceWhere

One tyre.One passport.

A cure-proof ID on the steel band. Every stage adds itself with one scan, from each layer's compound batch to the export container.

  • Per-layer batches
  • One scan per stage
  • Works offline

Contain a bad batchin one click.

Flag a batch, band or press and see every tyre it touched: in work in progress, in the warehouse, or already in a container. Hold them all at once.

  • Trace back and forward
  • Container level
  • Claim lookup in seconds

Every check,on the record.

Ultrasound verdict, weight, hardness per layer and dimensions are saved against the tyre. The plant's own instruments measure; the inspector decides.

  • Ultrasound
  • Weight vs target
  • Shore A per layer

Catch the driftbefore the scrap.

Statistical rules watch weight, hardness and size by build line, mould and press. A drift toward a limit raises an alert while every tyre still passes.

  • Supervisor alerts

See the corethe surface hides.

Thick rubber cures from the outside in. Tyode turns each press's temperature log into an estimate of how well the core cured, checked first against a thermocouple inside a test tyre, and sends doubtful tyres to ultrasound first.

  • Risk-based checks

Find the cause, not someone to blame.

Defect rates are compared across presses, moulds, batches and cure curves, with sample sizes shown. Engineers get a lead to check, and the cost in rupees.
